Bal Diwas
Celebrated annually on December 26, Veer Bal Diwas is a solemn day dedicated to honoring the unparalleled courage and martyrdom of the Sahibzadas, the four sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the tenth Sikh Guru. The day specifically commemorates the youngest sons, Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Ji (9) and Sahibzada Fateh Singh Ji (6), who were bricked alive in 1705 after refusing to renounce their faith under the orders of the Mughal governor of Sirhind.
